‚Äč

Explore Lundy  -  £55 adult / £35 child

The best value Lundy day trip available, you'll get plenty of time ashore AND a round Island wildlife sea safari

Cruise Lundy  -  £45 adult / £30 child

A 4.5 hour round Island sea safari, you'll stay on the boat for the best view available of the wildlife and majestic cliffs of Lundy. IDEAL FOR THOSE WITH DOGS, as they can come too!

Visit Lundy  -  £40 adult / £25 child

We'll shuttle you over to the Island and pick you up after you've had the day to explore ashore.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the huge tidal range of the Bristol Channel, passengers are very likely to be required to climb up or down a few steps of a ladder to go ashore at the jetty or to re-board their vessel. This is unavoidable and therefore you must be able to manage this to disembark. The ladder is safe and secure, and our crew will assist as far as they are able. By booking with us, you are confirming that you and your party are willing and able to achieve this.

Lundy has been a pioneer for the UK’s marine conservation for over 40 years. In 1971, the waters around the Island were designated as the first Voluntary Marine Nature Reserve, and then in 1986 this became the first Statutory Marine Nature Reserve. In 2000, the first No Take Zone in the UK was placed along Lundy’s east coast, and within this area nothing (particularly plants and animals) may be taken or added – up to the high water mark along the shoreline. 2010 saw Lundy’s Marine Nature Reserve become the UK’s first Marine Conservation Zone (MCZ), specifically for the protection of the Spiny lobster, also known as a Crawfish, which is very rare.

When you sail with Ilfracombe Boat Trips, you are making a WiSe choice, as our boats and skippers are accredited as Wildlife Safari Safe Operators, both locally by the joint Lundy Island / North Devon Biosphere scheme and nationally as members of the WiSe Wildlife Safe Operator scheme.
